Terms of service

Short version: the games are yours to play, we make no promises beyond doing our best, and a purchase is a purchase. These terms cover the Animal Kingdom app and every game inside it:

The games

Animal Kingdom and every game in it are licensed to you for personal use on devices you own. The artwork, the animals, the music, the levels and the code stay ours. Please do not copy them out of the app or sell them on.

Purchases

Every game is free to level 50. Past that, you can unlock every level of every game at once, or every level of one game. Unlimited lives are sold once too. These are one-off, non-consumable purchases tied to your Apple Account or Google account, and they can be restored on any device signed in to that account through Restore purchases in Settings. Unlocking every game includes games added to the app later. The app also sells bags of 50 and 100 coins. A bag is a consumable purchase: its coins go into the shared purse on that device as soon as it is bought, and it cannot be restored. Prices are set in US dollars (1.99 USD to unlock every game, 0.49 USD to unlock one game, 0.99 USD for unlimited lives, 0.29 USD for a bag of 50 coins and 0.49 USD for a bag of 100), plus applicable taxes, and the stores show the price in your own currency. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own rules, not by us.

Coins and lives

Coins and lives are game pieces, not money. One purse of coins and one set of lives are shared by every game in the app. They have no value outside it, cannot be exchanged for money, cannot be transferred between accounts or devices, and are lost if the app is deleted, coins that came in a bag included.

No warranty

The games are provided as they are. We cannot promise they will be free of faults, though we would very much like to hear about any you find, and we fix what we can.

Changes

We may update the app, its games and their levels, or these terms. The current terms are always the ones on this page, dated below.
